We commenced our restoration and conservation activities after gaining two decades of experience, by the promoter's association with Late Sri Vijayanth Shenoy, creator of Hasta Shilpa Trust's Heritage Village project, at Manipal.
We started extending our architectural designs to a select few. Notable among them are diverse projects of Government of Karnataka, under the aegis of Udupi Nirmithi Kendra, and certain private educational bodies like Sri Vani School, Bengaluru.
Designs of our houses, reflect time tested solutions offered by traditional vernacular architecture of this region, be it the spatial planning, use of materials and quaint details that eventually transforms a space into a home.
